The History

In August of 2023, we began a journey by asking this question: “What does it look like to make disciples of Jesus who are fully devoted to following Him?” We interviewed leaders, pastors, and professors across the country to help answer that question. What we discovered is that discipleship is not linear or process-driven, but about creating intentional space for people to experience Jesus in a real, life-changing way.

The Greenhouse is our way of intentionally making disciples of Jesus by creating moments, events, environments, and conversations that make spiritual growth more conducive. With the help of growth coaches, individuals are able to learn to follow Jesus and place themselves in an environment where spiritual growth can happen. We have created a resource that helps you self-assess where you are on your journey and, if you choose, connect with a growth coach.
